Shipping Overview

At HINCH, we partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your home interior materials are delivered safely, on time, and in perfect condition. We understand the importance of timely delivery for your construction and renovation projects, and we work diligently to meet your expectations.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Coverage

HINCH delivers across India. Delivery availability and timelines may vary based on your location and the product category.

Metro Cities: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, and Ahmedabad — fastest delivery with maximum product availability.

Tier 2 & 3 Cities: Most major towns and cities are covered. Enter your pincode at checkout to verify delivery availability and estimated timelines.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote locations may take additional time and may incur supplementary shipping charges. Some heavy or oversized items may not be available.

Delivery availability for your specific location can be checked by entering your pincode on the product page or during checkout. If delivery is not available to your pincode, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the product weight, dimensions, delivery location, and order value. Here is our general shipping structure:

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification with your tracking details, including a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. You can also track your order by logging into your HINCH account dashboard and navigating to "My Orders".

If your tracking information is not updated for more than 48 hours, or if you have concerns about the status of your delivery, please reach out to our customer support team at care@hinch.in with your order ID.

Receiving Your Order

  • Please keep the following in mind when receiving your delivery:
  • Inspection: Please inspect the outer packaging for any visible damage before accepting delivery. If the package appears damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and take photographs immediately.
  • Verification: Verify the quantity and product details against your order invoice at the time of delivery.
  • Unboxing: We recommend recording a video while unboxing, especially for fragile items like glass panels, decorative surfaces, and hardware fittings. This is helpful in case of damage claims.
  • Failed Delivery: If you are unavailable during delivery, our logistics partner will attempt re-delivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and applicable shipping charges may be deducted from any refund.
  • Delivery Address: Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate, including floor number, landmark, and an active phone number. HINCH is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.
